本实验选用体重200.5±12.3g的SPF、清洁及普通级Wistar大鼠各20只,雌雄各半,分别测定了12项血液学指标、10项血清生化指标、11~12项脏器相对重量,并对24个脏器进行了组织学检查,对空肠粘膜进行了超微结构观察,所得结果在不同等级大鼠之间进行比较结果表明,与普通级大鼠相比,SPF大鼠明显健康,表现为肝和肾功能指标较低,组织形态异常情况少见,血液白细胞较少,而红细胞指数和血小板较高,所有检测指标的变异系数均有变小的趋势。清洁级大鼠肾功能指标也较低,肝和肾形态异常也较少见,而且血液白细胞总数也较低,嗜中性粒白细胞少。因此,可以认为,以清洁级大鼠取代普通级大鼠有利于动物实验质量的提高,但仍应逐步向SPF级过渡。由于微生物的刺激程度较低,SPF大鼠免疫系统和肠道形态与普通大鼠有差异,而清洁级大鼠却无此变化。此外,在各等级大鼠均可见间质性肺炎,SPF大鼠肾上腺较重,以及在SPF级动物回肠粘膜观察到了G-小球菌侵入,这些现象均有待进一步研究

Therefore, it can be considered, to replace the general level rat clean grade rats conducive to improving the quality of animal experiments, but it should be gradually to the SPF level transition. Due to the low degree of microbial irritation, SPF rat immune system and intestinal morphology were different from normal rats, while clean-grade rats did not change. In addition, interstitial pneumonia was seen in all rats, and the adrenal gland in SPF rats was heavier and G-globin invasion was observed in the ileal mucosa of SPF animals. These phenomena are for further study
