抗静电导热PP/Al复合材料的制备与性能

采用熔融共混的方式制备铝高填充聚丙烯,讨论铝粉用量、偶联剂种类对复合材料的导热率、电阻率和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当铝粉体积质量分数为70%时,复合材料的导热率达到3.524 W.m-1K-1,是未添加铝粉PP的14.6倍。随铝粉用量的增加,导热率增加,而电阻率和力学性能均下降。以POE-g-MAH为偶联剂,在PP/POE/POE-g-MAH质量比为10/1/0.6,铝粉的质量分数为40%时,导热系数为1.385 W.m-1K-1,并且使复合材料从绝缘材料变为抗静电材料,复合材料的综合性能较好。 Melt blending method was used to prepare aluminum filled polypropylene. The effects of aluminum dosage, coupling agent on the thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity and mechanical properties of the composites were discussed. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the composites reaches 3.524 W.m-1K-1 when the volume fraction of aluminum powder is 70%, which is 14.6 times that of PP without aluminum powder. With the increase of the amount of aluminum powder, the thermal conductivity increases, while the resistivity and mechanical properties decrease. The thermal conductivity of POE-g-MAH was 1.385 Wm-1K-1 when the mass ratio of PP / POE / POE-g-MAH was 10/1 / 0.6 and aluminum powder was 40% And the composite material from the insulation material into an antistatic material, composite material better overall performance.
