从中国目前高等职业院校现状来看,这轮教学改革将是多层次系统构建的综合创新,还将是多环节有序进行的实践过程,其最本质的特征就是开放性与创新性。为此,必须研究与探讨推进高等职业院校教学创新的机制问题:创新学习机制,凝聚开放精神;创新管理机制,激活创新主体;创新制度环境,全面推动改革;创新分享机制,打造创新平台;创新参与机制,形成开放网络;创新培育机制,成就创新事业。
Judging from the current status of higher vocational colleges in China, this round of teaching reform will be a comprehensive innovation in multi-level system construction. It will also be an orderly process of multi-link practice. Its most essential feature is its openness and innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to study and discuss the mechanism of promoting teaching innovation in higher vocational colleges: innovating the learning mechanism, pooling the spirit of opening up, innovating the management mechanism, activating the main body of innovation, innovating the institutional environment, promoting the reform in an all-round way, innovating the sharing mechanism and building an innovation platform, Innovative participation mechanism, the formation of an open network; innovation and cultivation mechanism, the achievements of innovation.
