颌面部组织疏松,淋巴血管丰富,受创伤后极易肿胀,目前尚无理想、快速有效的消肿药物。一九八五年四月——一九八七年四月,我们应用武汉爱民制药厂生产的β—七叶皂甙钠,在治疗颌面外伤及术后肿胀方面,取得了显著的效果,现初步报告如下: 临床资料一、一九八五年四月——一九八七年四月,二年中收治各种骨折105例,男性69例,女性18例。对其中肿胀明显的41例(下颌体、颏、角部,上颌骨以及上、下颌同时骨折和下颌粉碎性骨折)使用本药;这些部位中下颌颏孔和角部的肿胀可以和健侧比较,进行了较详细的观察。还对以下病种进行了观察:唇裂(9例),腭裂(5例)、周围性面神
