模范践行“三个代表”重要思想,就必须争做思改革、谋创新的有心人。只要有心了、留心了,才会上心、入心。俗话说,处处留心皆学问。践行“三个代表”的要求,保持共产党人的先进性,知兵爱兵,做兵的“贴心人”,并不是空洞的口号、原则的要求、弹性的尺度。它既是一种素质、一种境界,又是一种修养、一种品格。它不是靠一时冲动、激发热情、故作姿态、使使“猛”劲所能奏效的,是需要用“心”去开拓的,只有这样才能自觉做到践行“三个代表”重要思想,做一个上不愧党、下不愧兵,无愧于心的共产党员。
