精心设计和编制的教学资源及良好的学习支持服务是远程教育成功的保证。建校20年来,中央电大和地方电大一刻也没有停止过在不断的实践中积累经验、吸取教训、努力建设适合学生自主学习的多种媒体教学资源。本文对电大教学资源建设的历史分期、现状、取得的成绩、积累的经验进行概要归纳,对教学资源建设的三个关键环节(设计、编制和开发、应用和利用)各自应把握的尺度进行理性分析。
Carefully designed and prepared teaching resources and good learning support services are a guarantee of the success of distance education. In the 20 years since the founding of the university, the RTVU and the local TV universities have not stopped accumulating experience, drawing lessons from their continuous practice, and strive to build a variety of media teaching resources suitable for students’ independent study. This article summarizes the historical staging, status quo, achievements and experiences accumulated in the construction of TVET teaching resources, and makes rational measurements on the three key links (design, compilation and development, application and utilization) of teaching resources construction analysis.
