2017年9月18日,新三板公司荣昌育种发布公告称,上市公司大北农拟以现金方式收购公司7739.66万股,资金总额为2.8亿元。同时,大北农还与荣昌育种董事长在内的12名高层进行业绩对赌,荣昌育种作为目标公司的主要经营管理人员,承诺在2018年度、2019年度、2020年度实现的合并报表中归母净利润分别不低于4800万元人民币、7200万元人民币和8000万元人民币。
