目的研究酸枣仁Z iz iphus jujuba var.sp inosa的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化方法及光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果从酸枣仁乙醇提取液中得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为2,α3-βd ihydroxy-lup-20(29)-en-28-oc i ac id m ethy l ester(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、白桦酯醇(Ⅲ)、白桦酯酸(Ⅳ)、1-十六烷酸甘油酯(Ⅴ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,命名为罗珠子酸甲酯(a lph ito lic ac id m ethy l ester),化合物Ⅴ为首次从酸枣仁中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ziziphus jujuba Z. iphus jujuba var.sp inosa. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical methods and spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were obtained from the ethanol extract of Suanzaoren, respectively identified as 2,α3-βd ihydroxy-lup-20(29)-en-28-oc i ac id m ethy l ester(I), β-sitosterol (II), birch ester alcohol (III), birch ester acid (IV), 1-hexadecanoic acid glyceride (V), and glucocyanin (VI). Conclusion Compound I is a new compound and is named as a lphitol lic ac id m ethy l ester. Compound V was first isolated from wild jujube kernel.
