四年级农、医科生在性行为、性观念的认识上差异较大，农科生更渴望了伤性知识（P＜0.05）。性知识的来源差异不大。农科生恋爱心理负担过重（P＜0.01）。手淫的心理影响两校差异不显著。通过讨论分析，性生理及性心理教育应以农科生为重点，且应以入学即开始为最好。
