新疆少数民族大学生因为其特殊的文化背景被视为特殊的群体,如何针对这一特殊群体进行有效的教育管理是高校教育管理中的一个现实课题。文章认为做好新疆少数民族大学生的管理工作,有助于充分发挥他们自身的内因作用,达到他们的自我管理、自我完善目标。做好此项工作,从事教学管理者就必须加强对少数民族大学生了解,提升大学生对国家民族政策了解,增进专业学习兴趣,通过多种举措夯实民汉大学生相互团结、共同进步基础。
Because ethnic minority college students in Xinjiang are regarded as a special group because of their special cultural background, how to carry out effective education and management for this special group is a realistic issue in college education management. The article holds that doing a good job in the management of ethnic minority college students in Xinjiang helps to give full play to their own internal causes and achieve their goals of self-management and self-improvement. In order to do this well, teaching managers must strengthen their understanding of minority students, enhance their understanding of national policies, enhance professional interest and reinforce the foundation of mutual solidarity and common progress among students by means of various measures.
