本文对地方本科院校大学英语人才培养进行了简要的分析,指出要顺应社会的发展,真正理解新形势下人才培养的内涵。教育部指明在国家普通高等院校中,将有一批地方本科院校转向职业教育。职业教育人才培养模式注重职业素质和职业能力的培养,对这些转型院校来说,亟待解决的是课程体系的改革问题。地方本科院校大学英语的教学中,应体现人才综合素质培养、创新能力培养的目标,更要把职业技能培养放在首要位置。
This article analyzes the cultivation of university English talents in local undergraduate colleges and universities, pointing out that we should conform to the development of society and really understand the connotation of talent cultivation in the new situation. The Ministry of Education pointed out that a number of local undergraduate colleges and universities will shift to vocational education in ordinary national institutions of higher learning. The training model of vocational education focuses on the cultivation of vocational qualifications and vocational skills. For these transitional colleges and universities, the reform of the curriculum system is urgently needed to be solved. The teaching of college English at local undergraduate colleges and universities should reflect the goal of cultivating the overall qualities of qualified personnel and cultivating innovative abilities. In addition, vocational education should be given top priority.
