在我国历史上,清朝是人数最多、规模最大的封建王朝,同时也是我国其中一个重要的转型时期,所以,清朝自古是我国律法考究的关键点,本文主要分析与探讨清代律法史工作研究的“边缘突破”。
In the history of our country, the Qing Dynasty was the largest and largest feudal dynasty and one of the important transitional periods in our country. Therefore, the Qing Dynasty has been the key point of our country’s law of law since ancient times.
