近日在京举行的农机产品专题会议上,中国农业机械化科学研究院副院长宣鸿分析了目前农机产品存在的五大问题: 一是企业创新能力不足,高档产品少,出口产品质量参差不齐,出口效益低。 二是面临国际环保条例限制。国际环保条例对悬浮颗粒物排放限制严格,造成了一些传统出口产品如手扶拖拉机、小型田间作业机具、单缸农机等面临着更多的风险和挑战。
