9月14日,中国残联在江苏省南京市召开残疾人职业教育研讨会,中国残联副理事长程凯出席会议。程凯在讲话中指出,残疾人职业教育作为我国职业教育的重要组成部分,为提高残疾人劳动素质、促进残疾人就业、融入社会做出了重要贡献。研究制定加强残疾人职业教育的专项文件是贯彻落实《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》和《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014～2020年)》
On September 14, China Disabled Persons’ Federation held a seminar on vocational education for the handicapped in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Cheng Kai, vice chairman of the China Disabled Persons Federation, attended the meeting. In his speech, Cheng Kai pointed out that vocational education for disabled people, as an important part of vocational education in our country, has made important contributions to improving the quality of work for persons with disabilities, promoting the employment of persons with disabilities, and integrating with the society. To study and formulate special documents on strengthening vocational education for persons with disabilities is to implement the “Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education” and the “Plan of Modern Vocational Education System Construction (2014-2020)”
