作者对11例病人12支腘下血管用PTA治疗。男:女为7:4;平均年龄66岁。10例有糖尿病史,7例有吸烟史,4例患高血压史,8例有较重的动脉硬化所致的心血管病,6例病人因腘窝或股浅动脉的多处损害而行血管成形术。使用4.5F球囊扩张导管,藉6F套鞘插入,用0.015时导丝导向,术前夜口服阿斯匹林325mg,术前给予肝素3000μ,
The authors treated 11 patients with 12 blood vessels under the PTA. Male: Female 7: 4; average age is 66 years old. 10 had a history of diabetes mellitus, 7 had a history of smoking, 4 had a history of hypertension, 8 had a severe cardiovascular disease due to atherosclerosis, 6 had multiple lesions of the popliteal fossa or superficial femoral artery Angioplasty. 4.5F balloon dilatation catheter was used, inserted by 6F sheath sheath, guided by 0.015 hour guidewire, aspirin 325mg orally preoperatively, heparin 3000μ preoperatively,
