目的:建立酚酞片的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为XterraTM Waters C18色谱柱(4．6×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),在275 nm波长处检测。结果:线形范围为10．02-501μg·ml-1,平均回收率为99．8％(n=9),RSD= 1．07％。结论:方法简便快速,专属性强,灵敏度高,适合于酚酞片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of phenolphthalein tablets. Methods: The column was XterraTM Waters C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (60:40) and detected at 275 nm. Results: The linear range was 10.02-501μg · ml-1 with an average recovery of 99.8% (n = 9) and RSD = 1.07%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, specific and sensitive. It is suitable for the quality control of phenolphthalein tablets.
