一、前言 在考虑柴油机的可靠性时,提高其心脏部分—燃烧室壁的疲劳强度是最重要的问题之一。尤其是高速发动机燃烧室壁的疲劳强度,从来不进行定量研究,而是通过在台架上反复进行高负荷—空转或停车以求得产生疲劳裂纹的循环次数的试验(台架低循环试验),然后凭经验来判断。 可是,最近随着发动机功率的提高(包括采用增压器)和工作条件的极度恶化,对可靠性进行定量性评价已必不可少。 在本研究中,对可靠性评价方法的定量化特别困难的高速发动机气缸盖,进行了疲劳寿命和耐久性试验方法的研究。
I. INTRODUCTION In considering the reliability of a diesel engine, it is one of the most important issues to increase the fatigue strength of the heart portion of the combustion chamber wall. In particular, the fatigue strength of the high-speed engine combustion chamber walls has never been studied quantitatively. Instead, it is a test (cycle low cycle test) of obtaining the number of cycles of fatigue cracking by repeatedly performing a high load-idling or stopping on a bench , Then judge by experience. However, with the recent increase in engine power (including the use of superchargers) and the extreme deterioration of working conditions, a quantitative evaluation of reliability has been essential. In this study, the fatigue life and durability test methods were studied for high-speed engine cylinder heads that were particularly difficult to quantify for the reliability assessment method.
