廉租房制度是我国的一项社会住房保障措施,但该制度在进入与退出机制的设计上存在着一些问题。本文试借香港公屋的经验,来对我国廉租房的进入与其退出机制提供一点启发。
Low-rent housing system is a social housing security measure in our country, but the system has some problems in the design of entry and exit mechanism. This article tries to take the experience of public housing in Hong Kong to provide some inspiration for the entry and exit mechanism of low-rent housing in our country.
