中国特色社会主义的本质属性是社会和谐,社会和谐的重要基础和具体体现是劳动关系和谐。而和谐社会建设的重要内容是解决好职工群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题。本文重点论述了工会组织如何进一步树立中国特色的社会主义维权观,加强工会组织自身的能力建设,增加维权实效,实现科学发展,构建和谐社会。
The essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important foundation of social harmony and social harmony and its concrete manifestation is the harmony of labor relations.
