目的:探讨妈富隆联合米非司酮治疗早孕人流不全的疗效。方法:随机抽取本站2013年1月~2014年12月82例早孕人流不全患者为研究对象,并均经B超检查,确定宫内存在少量残留物,按随机原则分为药物组和手术组,各41例。其中手术组患者采用常规清宫手术,药物组在手术组的基础上予以妈富隆联合米非司酮药物治疗,具体内容:妈富隆口服,每天1次,1次2片,持续7d,第8天口服75mg的米非司酮片,每天1次,持续服药3d。观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者的尿妊娠试验转阴时间、治愈效果、阴道流血时间等方面的差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);药物组的经净后子宫内膜厚度明显高于手术组(p<0.05);药物组首次月经恢复时间、并发症发生情况均要优于手术组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:相比清宫术,妈富隆联合米非司酮药物治疗早孕人流不全,能更有效地增加经净后子宫内膜厚度,降低术后并发症的发生率,效果显著,可以定位为常规对早孕人流不全的治疗方法,应在临床中积极应用和推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Marvelon combined with mifepristone in the treatment of early pregnancy incomplete abortion. Methods: From January 2013 to December 2014, 82 cases of early pregnancy induced abortion were randomly selected from our hospital. All patients underwent B-ultrasound to determine the presence of a small amount of residues in the uterus. According to the principle of randomization, the patients were divided into drug group and operation group , 41 cases each. The patients in the operation group were treated with routine operation of Qing operation. The medication group was treated with Marvelon combined with mifepristone on the basis of the operation group. The contents were as follows: Marvelon orally once daily for 2 days for 7 days and 8 days Oral 75mg of mifepristone tablets, 1 day, continuous medication 3d. Observation of two groups treatment effect. Results: There was no significant difference in urinary pregnancy test between the two groups (p> 0.05), and the net endometrial thickness of the drug group was significantly higher than that of the operation group (p <0.05). The first menstrual recovery time and complications occurred in the drug group were better than those in the operation group, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the curettage, Marvelon combined with mifepristone treatment of early pregnancy insufficiency, can more effectively increase the net endometrial thickness and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, the effect is significant, can be positioned as a conventional pair Early pregnancy treatment of incomplete, should be actively applied in clinical and promotion.
