全国政协九届三次会议于3月 3日至 11日在京召开,教育问题仍是政协委员关注的热点。据有关部门统计,本次会议政协委员共提交提案3591件,其中有关教育的提案占到四分之一,可见教育在政协委员心目中的地位。自第三次全教会召开以来,如何在各级各类学校中推行素质教育,减轻中小学生负担,预防青少年犯罪等问题,已成为全社会关注的热点。而由于高校扩招等原因,给中等职业教育带来的影响,以及高等职业教育如何健康发展等问题,则是关心职业教育各界委员的热门话题。本刊在“两会”召开期间,派记者就有关问题特别是职业教育问题走访了部分委员,现将他们的看法奉献给读者。
The Third Plenary Session of the Ninth CPPCC National Committee Held in Beijing from March 3 to March 11, the issue of education is still a hot spot for CPPCC members. According to statistics from relevant departments, a total of 3591 proposals were submitted by CPPCC members at this meeting, of which one quarter of the proposal on education shows that education plays a role in the hearts of CPPCC members. Since the convening of the Third National Churches, how to carry out quality education in all kinds of schools at all levels, alleviating the burden on primary and secondary school students and preventing juvenile delinquency have become the focus of attention of the entire society. Due to such reasons as college enrollment and other reasons, the impact on secondary vocational education, as well as the healthy development of higher vocational education and other issues, is concerned about all aspects of vocational education members of the hot topic. During the “two sessions” of our magazine, we dispatched reporters to interview some members on relevant issues, especially on vocational education, and now devote their views to readers.
