2001年4月18日,交通部科教司主持召开了“煤炭海运系统总体评价和发展研究”专题评审会,国家计委、国家经贸委、交通部的有关领导和有关专家参加了评审会。该专题是“九五”国家重大技术装备研制和国产化项目“大型煤炭海运船舶及港口装卸设备”的专题之一,由交通部水运科学研究所承担。专题组对我国煤炭海运现状进行了深入调查,预测了我国中长期煤炭海运量和港口吞吐量,分析了我国煤炭海运港口和船队能力;并在此基础上提出了煤炭沿海运输系统评价指标和方法,建立了总体评价体系和计算机评价模型;应用建立的专业煤码头作业计算机
On April 18, 2001, the Science and Education Department under the Ministry of Communications presided over the special review meeting of “Research on the Overall Evaluation and Development of Coal Shipping System”. Relevant leaders and experts from the State Planning Commission, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Communications attended the review meeting . This project is one of the special topics of the “95th Five-Year Plan” for the development and localization of major national technical equipment and the project of “Large-scale Coal Shipping Ship and Port Handling Equipment”. It is undertaken by the Institute of Water Transport Research of the Ministry of Communications.
