广西北部湾经济区是我国西部大开发和面向东盟开放合作的重要地区,对于国家实施区域发展总体战略和互利共赢的开放战略具有重要意义。在新时期,广西北部湾经济区开放开发既面临着诸多机遇,又面临着多种挑战。因此,无论是对外交流合作还是区内发展,我们都应倡导并践行包容性发展,扬长避短,求同存异,以促使该地区经济社会又好又快发展。
The Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of Guangxi is an important area for the large-scale development of the western region of our country and for opening up and cooperation with the ASEAN. It is of great significance for the state to implement the overall strategy of regional development and the opening-up strategy of mutual benefit and win-win. In the new period, the opening up and development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi not only face many opportunities but also face many challenges. Therefore, whether it is for foreign exchange and cooperation or intra-regional development, we should advocate and practice inclusive development, avoid weaknesses and seek common ground while shelving differences so as to promote the sound and rapid economic and social development in the region.
