伴随改革开放的不断深入,我国的高层建筑及居住小区如雨后春笋般地涌现,建筑给排水技术也因此得到了长足发展,而且随着时间的推移,建筑给排水与城市给排水的关系越来越紧密。但是在给排水施工过程中,存在着一些需要注意的问题,根据多年建筑给排水设计及施工现场的经验,从提高住户居住环境和生活质量出发归纳总结了经常遇到的问题及解决办法。
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, China’s high-rise buildings and residential areas have mushroomed emergently, building water supply and drainage technology has also made considerable development, and with the passage of time, the relationship between building water supply and drainage and urban water supply and drainage more and more close. However, during the process of water supply and drainage, there are some problems needing attention. Based on the experiences of many years of design and construction of water supply and drainage in the building, this paper summarizes frequently encountered problems and solutions from the perspective of improving the living environment and quality of life of residents.
