在水分胁迫进程中,对板栗幼苗叶片水分状况。SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)和GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)的活性以及MDA(丙二醛)含量进行了测定。研究了在胁迫各阶段诸项指标的动态变化以及与RWC(组织相对含水量)的相关性。结果表明:轻度水分胁迫期间SODGSH-Px活性呈下降趋势;中度水分胁迫期间两种酶活性明显增加并达到最大值。MDA含量在胁迫进程中呈持续上升趋势,接近重度胁迫时积累最多。
Water stress in chestnut seedling leaves in the water status. The activity of SOD and GSH-Px and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. The dynamic changes of various indexes and the correlations with RWC (tissue relative water content) at different stages of stress were studied. The results showed that the activity of SODGSH-Px showed a decreasing trend during the mild water stress, while the activities of the two enzymes increased significantly and reached the maximum during the moderate water stress. MDA content in the stress process showed a continuous upward trend, the accumulation of nearly the most severe stress.
