叙述了波长193 nm 的准分子激光作高质量角膜切开术的基本原理,用自制的 ArF 准分子激光器对动物眼进行了初步的放切实验研究,获得了满意的结果。
The principle of high quality corneal incision is described by excimer laser with wavelength of 193 nm. Initial experiments of animal experiments with natural ArF excimer laser are carried out, and the satisfactory results are obtained.
