目的明确白芷不同生长时期干物质积累及根中异欧前胡素质量分数和积累量变化。方法采用称重法测定白芷干物质,高效液相色谱法测定根中异欧前胡素。结果白芷地上和地下部分干物质积累呈“S”型曲线,地上部分干物质在7月底至10月初逐渐增加,10月中旬达到高峰,随后降低;地下部分干物质前期增加较慢,8月底至9月底为快速增长期,随后增加稍有减慢。根中异欧前胡素以7月底8月初最高,为0.2453%,10月底最低,为0.1177%。异欧前胡素积累量在10月底收获时达到最大。结论以白芷产量和异欧前胡素积累量为白芷的收获目标,10月底为白芷的收获期,与传统采收期一致。
Objective To determine the changes of dry matter accumulation and isoimperatorin mass fraction and accumulation in roots at different growth stages. Methods The dry matter of white peony was determined by weighing method. The isoimperatorin in root was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The dry matter accumulation on the ground and underground parts of the white stork showed an “S” curve. Dry matter on the ground gradually increased from the end of July to the beginning of October, peaked in mid-October, and then decreased; the early increase of dry matter in the underground part was slower. From the end of August to the end At the end of September, it was a period of rapid growth, and the subsequent increase was slightly slower. Root isoimperatorin was highest at the end of July and early August, 0.2453%, and the lowest at the end of October was 0.1177%. The accumulation of isoimperatorin reached the maximum at the end of October. Conclusion The harvesting target with the harvest of white peony and isoimperatorin as white peony was harvested at the end of October, which is consistent with the traditional harvesting period.
