本文研究了冶炼过程中冶金特征,炉子几何尺寸和电气参数问的相互关系.借助欧姆定律,导出上述关系的数学方程式.利用这些公式,可以选择合理的用电制度和工艺设备,进行电炉的扩大设计工作.理论研究导出的数学方程,与电炉上获得的实验方程相符合.成功的扩大设计了1000千伏安和8000千伏安2座同类型电炉的工艺和动力设备参数,并确定了电炉的几何尺寸和变压器的技术性能,长期运行结果,没有发现反常现象,达到了预期的目的.
In this paper, we study the relationship between the metallurgical characteristics, furnace geometry and electrical parameters in the smelting process.Using Ohm’s law, we derive the mathematical equations of the above relationships.Using these formulas, we can select the appropriate electrical system and process equipment to expand the EAF Design work The mathematical equations derived from the theoretical study are consistent with the experimental equations obtained on the electric furnace.The process and power equipment parameters of two similar electric furnaces of 1000 KVA and 8000 KVA were successfully expanded and the parameters of electric furnace The geometric dimensions and technical performance of the transformer, long-term results, did not find abnormalities, to achieve the desired purpose.
