近年来,大学毕业生就业难的呼声一浪高过一浪,在人才市场上,十几人甚至几十人竞相应聘一个岗位的情况时有发生。而与此形成鲜明对比的是,无论是在人才市场,还是在劳动力市场,高级技能人才都十分抢手,“高级蓝领”成为才市新宠,让用人单位不惜重金予以聘用。在不少企业,高级技能人才的月薪甚至超过了副总经理。在青岛,一家塑料制品公司为招聘高级模具技工,甚至开出了年薪16万的“天价”,可结果还是闹出了“一厢情愿”的尴尬。
