现代教育倡导生本教育,即让学生主动投入,发展学生的潜力,让学生在愉悦的氛围中全面发展。同样在班主任工作中如果班主任引导班干部主动担负起班级工作,也是生本教育的理念体现,下面我就从近几年的工作实际出发,浅谈这方面的几点经验收获。
