本文提出了一种大型电力、石化企业多机组基于计算机网络和分布式多级计算机系统概念的分布式实时监测与集中故障诊断仪器系统的原理,并着重讨论了仪器系统对透平压缩机组三种典型工作状态的监测原理,给出了系统实时运行结果。该仪器系统具有在线、实时、数据冻结全面、数据谱分析和诊断功能、置信度高、运行可靠等优点,整个机组振动及工艺参数(温度、压力、流量等)的同时刻监测记录,保证了监测结果和诊断结果的正确。
This paper presents a principle of distributed real-time monitoring and centralized fault diagnosis instrument system based on the concept of computer network and distributed multilevel computer system for large-scale power and petrochemical enterprises and focuses on the application of instrumentation system to three types of turbine compressor units The working principle of a typical monitor, gives the system real-time results. The instrument system has the advantages of online, real-time, full data freezing, data spectrum analysis and diagnosis, high confidence and reliable operation.
