基于供电企业在国民生活、生产中的重要地位。为实现供电企业自身的战略发展,供电企业员工素质和能力至关重要。为此,本文从企业培训理念、供物质保障、培训师资队伍建设和加强规范化管理等五各方面,阐述了搞好当前供电企业员工培训工作的方法和途径。
Based on the power supply enterprises in the national life, production, an important position. In order to realize the strategic development of power supply enterprises, the quality and ability of employees in power supply enterprises are of crucial importance. For this reason, this article elaborates the methods and ways to do a good job of employee training in current power supply enterprises from five aspects of enterprise training concept, material support, training faculty building and standardization management.
