一、前言1949年 Case 发现了英国橡胶工人膀胱癌高发,但在当时没有引起人们的重视。直到1954年至1957年,Case 和 Hosker 证实了英国橡胶业工人膀胱癌高发与接触化合物——α-萘胺有关,橡胶工业的职业性危害才被人们逐渐认识。

I. Preface In 1949, Case discovered the high incidence of bladder cancer in rubber workers in the United Kingdom, but at the time did not attract people’s attention. Until 1954-1957, Case and Hosker confirmed that the high incidence of bladder cancer in rubber workers in the United Kingdom was related to the exposure to alpha-naphthylamine, and the occupational hazards of the rubber industry were gradually recognized.
