It has been one year since the signing of the “Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation Framework Agreement.” For the purpose of “integrating the resources of the two special administrative regions of Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Hong Kong and Macao (referred to as 9 + 2) to create a high-speed growth pole for China’s future economic development” For this magnificent goal, the time of this year is too short. To try to “sum up” it is inevitable that there is too much urgency. After all, economic development is a gradual and continuous process. However, the gale started at the end of Qing Ping, and the operation of the economy still has a trace of trajectory. The accumulation of bits and pieces can often produce the effect of quantitative change to qualitative change. Based on this, our correspondents interviewed several “bright spots” projects signed by the province under the framework of the “9 + 2” cooperation so as to experience the pulse of Hainan’s economy over the past year.
