在测银的方法中,大多采用萃取法需要用大量的有机试剂,手续繁琐不经济且有毒害。我们研究了Cu(DDTC)_2置换锌试剂间接光度法测银的方法,用水相测定代替有机相,操作简便,经济无毒害且有独特的选择性。 1 试验部分 1.1 原理 向Cu(DDTC)_2氯仿溶液中加入含银水样,由于AgDDTC稳定常数远大于Cu(DDTC)_2,Ag~(-1)进入有机相生成无色的AgDDTC,定量解析出的Cu~(2+)进入水相与锌试剂生成水溶性的蓝色络合物,以加入等量锌试剂的水样作空白在波长600nm处测定水相的吸光度。
In the silver measurement method, most of the extraction method requires a lot of organic reagents, procedures cumbersome and uneconomical and toxic. We studied Cu (DDTC) _2 replacement zinc reagent indirect photometric method of silver, water phase instead of measuring the organic phase, easy to operate, economical and non-toxic and has a unique selectivity. 1 Experimental Section 1.1 Principle Adding silver-containing water sample into Cu (DDTC) _2 chloroform solution, the AgDDTC stable constant is much larger than that of Cu (DDTC) _2 and Ag ~ (-1) enters the organic phase to form colorless AgDDTC. Of Cu2 + into the aqueous phase and the zinc reagent to generate a water-soluble blue complex, adding the same amount of zinc reagent as a water sample to measure the absorbance of the aqueous phase at a wavelength of 600 nm.
