党的十四届五中全会把发展乡镇企业作为繁荣农村经济的战略重点,今年农业部继续把乡镇企业作为三大工作重点之一.这是党和国家对乡镇企业的高度重视,是对乡镇企业系统广大干部职工的巨大鼓舞和鞭策.乡镇企业“八五”期间取得辉煌成就,举世公认,“九五”期间能否再创辉煌,能否再上一个新台阶,为我国经济发展、社会进步和政治稳定作出更大贡献,是一个事关全局的重大问题.
