微合金化加上控制冷却,是提高钢材综合机械性能的有效措施。本文作者们通过试验室试验,明确了含钛量和热轧工艺参数对低碳钛钢再结晶的影响规律,从而得出了这样的结论:含钛量为0.04~0.08%时,可以推迟该钢在轧制过程中的形变奥氏体再结晶的进行;轧制加热的适宜温度为1200~1250℃;用再结晶轧制细化奥氏体晶粒时,该钢的终轧温度应大于1000℃;ε>20~25%;空延时间应适当的加长。
