目的 建立不同品系金银花氨基酸和绿原酸色谱图 ,为金银花品系鉴定和质量评价提供科学依据。方法 用色谱法对金银花两栽培品系氨基酸和绿原酸进行定性定量分析。结果 不同品系金银花氨基酸和绿原酸含量没有明显差别。结论 色谱方法可以准确表现金银花不同品系的质量。
Objective To establish chromatograms of amino acid and chlorogenic acid of different strains of honeysuckle, and provide scientific basis for identification and quality evaluation of honeysuckle. Methods The qualitative and quantitative analysis of amino acids and chlorogenic acid in two cultivated varieties of honeysuckle were carried out by chromatography. Results There was no significant difference in the content of amino acid and chlorogenic acid in different strains of honeysuckle. Conclusion Chromatographic methods can accurately represent the quality of different honeysuckle strains.
