本文通过金相、硬度、X射线结构分析、电子探针、耐磨及抗咬合试验等方法,研究了3Cr2W8V钢在退火、淬火回火及调质三种状态下,进行不同温度(440~600℃)、不同时间(2~8h)的离子硫碳氮三元共渗对渗层深度、硬度、耐磨及抗咬合性能的影响,还对3Cr2W8V钢试样进行了离子氮化、离子软氮化、离子氮化后加氩离子轰击处理,并比较了它们的性能。试验结果表明,三种状态下的3Cr2W8V钢试样经离子硫碳氮共渗后的性能,以淬火回火试样最好,调质次之,退火较差。淬火回火试样经三元共渗后,能得到较厚的渗层、较好的渗层硬度分布,能有效地提高耐磨及抗咬合性能。将试验结果用于压铸机喷咀等模具,能显著提高其使用寿命。

The test results for die casting machine nozzle and other molds, can significantly improve its service life.
