国家和我省《中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》(以下简称《教育规划纲要》)发布以来,省教育厅按照《教育规划纲要》要求,把大力发展学前教育作为贯彻落实《教育规划纲要》的突破口,围绕纲要确定的各项目标任务,强化组织领导,完善体制机制,加快普及进程,努力推动全省学前教育改革发展,取得显著成效。
Since the release of “Outline of Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” (hereinafter referred to as “Education Plan Outline”) issued by China, the People’s Republic of China and our province, the Provincial Department of Education has made great efforts to develop pre-school education in accordance with the requirements of the “Outline of Education Plan” Implementation of the “Education Plan” a breakthrough point, around the outline to determine the objectives and tasks, strengthen the organization and leadership, improve the system and mechanism, speed up the popularization process, and strive to promote the reform and development of pre-school education in the province, and achieved remarkable results.
