~(60)Co-γ射线辐照冬小麦花粉、子房及合子突变频率高(17.6~77.8%),M_1代既表现损防效应,又产生广泛变异,并能遗传,M_2代一般不产生大突变,只在个别性状上出现微小变异,M_3代可出现60%以上的性状趋于稳定的株系,从而大大简化了育种程序。细胞学观察表明,辐照单细胞的各处理,M_1、M2代的根尖细胞染色体畸变率均高于对照,畸变率的高低与田间性状突变率大小有一定的相关性。
The frequencies of pollen, ovary and zygote induced by ~ (60) Co-γ-ray in winter wheat were high (17.6-77.8%).
