本文以现实中塑料输血输液袋膜的的厚度不可测和无现实意义为由,提出了袋膜的平均厚度及其双层测试法,操作简便易行,结论科学客观,比单纯测定膜的厚度更为现实优越。《中国人民解放军药品制剂规范(1985年版)》[(以下简称《规范》)北京:人民军医出版社,1987附录207页]规定输血输液塑料薄膜容器“膜的厚度应为0.4mm~0.45mm”,这是包装容器质量全面落实GMP 的好事。但是,我们在实践中体会到:塑料输血输液袋“膜的厚度”仅在理论上是正确的,而在实际中一是难测,二是无现实意义。其理由是:1.目前国产塑料输液袋膜的厚度极不均匀,在同一只输液袋各处测得的数据都不相同,有的合格,有的不合格,
