有一名普普通通的农民,他在水稻育种领域中潜心钻研了40余载,先后培育出62个高产、抗病、优质水稻新品种,推广水稻栽培新技术30多项,创出水稻亩产1680斤的纪录,每年可增产水稻20多亿斤,经济效益可增收20多亿元。他,就是黑龙江省穆棱市河西乡普兴村朝鲜族农民朴三德,人们都钦佩地称他为“农民育种家”。提起朴三德这个名字,对于牡丹江人尤其是广大农民兄弟来说已是耳熟能详。1978年3月,他光荣地出席了首届全国科学大会,被授予“在全国科学技术工作中做出重大贡献的先进工作者”称号;

In March 1978, he honored to attend the first National Science Conference and was awarded the title of “Advanced Worker” who made a significant contribution to the work of science and technology throughout the country.
