从昆明市郊区采集到呈同心圆褪绿环斑、褐色枯斑症状的水鬼蕉[Hymenocallis littoraris(Jacq.)Salisb.]和花朱顶红[Hippeastrum vittatum(L’Hér.)Herb.]植株,采用电子显微镜技术和DAS-ELISA进行检测,在水鬼蕉和花朱顶红病叶分离物SGJ-KM和ZDH-KM的粗汁液和超薄切片中均观察到有类似番茄斑萎病毒属(Tospovirus)病毒粒体存在,该病毒粒子为球形,直径80~85nm;病叶汁液与Tospovirus中的西瓜银色斑驳病毒(Watermelon silver mottle virus,WSMoV)/花生芽坏死病毒(Groundnut bud necrosis virus,GBNV)的复合抗血清呈阳性反应。通过形态学及血清学方法检测表明,侵染水鬼蕉和花朱顶红的病毒分离物SGJ-KM和ZDH-KM为Tospovirus的病毒分离物。

Electron microscopy and DAS-ELISA were performed to detect Tospovirus (Tospovirus) virus in the crude juice and ultrathin sections of SGJ-KM and ZDH-KM, The virus particles are spherical and have a diameter of 80-85 nm. The composite of the diseased leaf juice and the watermelon silver mottle virus (WSMoV) / groundnut bud necrosis virus (GBNV) in Tospovirus Serum positive reaction. Morphological and serological tests showed that the virus isolates SGJ-KM and ZDH-KM that infected water-spurred Gypsophila and Hippetrizy were the virus isolates of Tospovirus.
