近年来注意于将固体或液体粒子包衣而制成微型胶囊。本文研究用乙基纤维素(含乙氧基48%)及乙酸丁酸纤维素酯(含丁酰基17%)来进行硫酸亚铁、乙酰水杨酸、苯巴比妥和苯巴比妥钠的包衣以及它们的体外释药试验。所用药物的粒子直径在70微米以下,药物与纤维素衍生物的比例为1∶5。包衣采用蒸发法(以下称Ⅰ法)和相分离法(以下称Ⅱ法)。Ⅰ法是将药物溶解或混悬于多聚物溶液中,然后减压蒸去溶剂(10毫米汞柱),粉碎,筛取600微米部分。Ⅱ法是将药物分散在多聚物溶液中,缓慢加入一定量的非溶剂(与原来溶剂互溶但不能溶解药物及多聚物)使多聚物析出并将药物粒子包住,过滤,依次用
