随着我国改革的进一步发展和社会主义民主的进一步完善,政治文化倾向明显。它既有利于政治民主的发展,又对当前主流政治文化提出了挑战。这种分化可能阻碍主流政治文化的发展,对政治合法性产生一定程度的消极作用。我们必须强调当前主流政治文化的地位和作用,有效引导政治亚文化的健康发展,加强党的建设和公务员队伍建设。
With the further development of our country’s reform and the further improvement of socialist democracy, the political and cultural tendencies are obvious. It is not only conducive to the development of political democracy, but also poses a challenge to the current mainstream political culture. Such differentiation may hinder the development of the mainstream political culture and have a negative effect on the political legitimacy. We must emphasize the status and role of the current mainstream political culture, effectively guide the healthy development of the political and sub-culture and strengthen the party building and the contingent building of the civil service.
