人的一生有三分之一的时间在睡眠中度过,但很多人饱受失眠的折磨,十分痛苦。失眠会引发多种疾病、引起情志抑郁,极大地影响了人们的健康。国医大师路志正多年研究健康睡眠与身体的关系,他认为情志失调、食欲不节、体虚久病、起居失常、环境恶劣等因素都可导致睡眠障碍。所以,失眠不仅可从调理脾胃入手治疗,他还总结出在家中即可应用、简便而又有效的改善睡眠的良方。
