祁三康同志来自农发行山西省运城市分行内部审计部,2006年9月至今,他先后参加监事会、总行、分行组织的审计任务23次,其中15次担任组长。连续四年被省分行评为“优秀审计员”。尽快转换角色,做到“三个提高”。一是提高思想认识。几年来,他始终勤勉工作,清醒认识到“有为才能有位”。二是提高业务技能。他将建行以来的业务文件整理摘录要点,为审计工作顺利开展奠定了基础。
