2013年7月初,由中国农业科学院油料作物研究所主持研发的“功能脂质特色资源高值化利用关键技术的研究与应用”荣获2012年度湖北省科技进步一等奖。据介绍,针对我国亚麻、紫苏、油茶籽和微生物油脂等特色油脂资源丰富但加工技术水平普遍较低的现状,结合我国现代文明疾病以慢性非传染疾病为主的特点,油料所黄风洪研究员率领油脂化学与营养科研团队,以开发高品质、高营养价值的油脂和功能脂质健康产品为目的,开展功能脂质特色 At the beginning of July 2013, “Research and Application of Key Technology for High Value Utilization of Functional Lipid Characteristic Resources”, which was researched and developed by Institute of Oil Crops, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, won the first prize of Hubei Science and Technology Progress in 2012.
