为了解长沙地区小菜蛾田间种群抗药性现状及其抗性机理 ,1997~ 2 0 0 0年 ,用浸叶法监测了长沙地区小菜蛾田间种群对乙酰甲胺磷、氰戊菊酯、苏云金杆菌、抑太保和齐墩螨素 5种杀虫剂的抗药性 .结果表明 ,长沙地区小菜蛾田间种群对氰戊菊酯抗性为极高抗水平 ,对乙酰甲胺磷由中抗水平发展到了高抗水平 ,且二者抗性水平有进一步上升的趋势 ;对抑太保、苏云金杆菌和齐墩螨素均处于敏感状态 ,但对于抑太保和苏云金杆菌 ,个别年份抗性水平达到低抗水平 .增效剂磷酸三苯酯、94%增效醚、40 %增效磷对不同杀虫剂增效作用测定结果表明 ,磷酸三苯酯对乙酰甲胺磷、氰戊菊酯有不同程度的增效作用 ;94%增效醚和 40 %增效磷均对乙酰甲胺磷、氰戊菊酯、抑太保和齐墩螨素有不同程度的增效作用 ,前者对氰戊菊酯 ,后者对乙酰甲胺磷增效作用最明显 .
